Longtime Northfielder Matt Miles, his group Eastern Exposure Hockey and NAHA have partnered to give players additional high-level skill training clinics and feedback during the 2019-2020 season. Matt will provide several stick handling and skating skill clinics. The first will be held August 24th at the Montpelier Civic Center.
Matt recently formed the Eastern Exposure Hockey Group which is an elite tournament event in New England as well as a spring showcase. Players and teams come from all over the US-CA to attend EEHG events in addition to the many NCAA, Prep, Junior hockey and NHL agents.
Matt has coached at the highest levels of youth hockey and his skill development knowledge will enhance the youth hockey experience at NAHA. In addition, Matt will work with the coaching staff to ensure they too receive the necessary info and training to execute effective drills during team practices throughout the season.
“I am super excited to have been asked to do something like this, especially in Northfield. I love Northfield. As we all know times have changed, for Chris and the crew in Northfield to think outside the box and offer different skating and skills sessions is great. I hope many young players come out and join us for these sessions.” – Matthew Miles
